Certifications
Our certifications include the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel's R-Stamp that qualifies us to repair pressure vessels and piping, and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) PP and U Stamps that demonstrate our superior ability to work with pressure piping and pressure vessels, respectively.
Leveler Bars
Extremely accurate machining is the distinguishing feature of these bars which are typically 50 to 60 feet in length.
Pusher Ram
As large as 80 feet, pusher rams have to meet critical straightness tolerances. Woodings' hydraulically-driven units feature an advanced carbon cutter on the ram head to increase life and make repairs easier. Pushers are enormous pieces of equipment and the logistics of manufacturing and transportation are challenging but indicative of the range of fabrication work that can be performed at Woodings.
Stand Pipes
Manufactured from pressure vessel carbon steel, Woodings stand pipes have machined flange faces and are castable refractory lined.
